PostureNothing has a greater impact on your posture than your day-to-day habits - the ways that we sit, stand and walk. All it takes is a little awareness of your movement.

A movement assessment looks at the way your body moves and can give you insight into the daily demands placed on your body and how to ease any areas of overuse.

"It is good to have an ongoing review of how you perform certain movements to improve postural health. Sometimes it takes interaction and guidance from a specialist in order to improve an overall movement for sport, sitting at a desk, etc.

A few one-to-one sessions can help to recover from injury and avoid poor movement habits. Good posture is the backbone of looking good, feeling great and staying functional."
